The previous numerical scores for customer support, ease of use, and recommended percentage have been replaced with null values. Review dates are now formatted to ISO 8601, and there have been extensive additions and rephrasing of both praise and complaint themes.
The main changes involve the disappearance of specific numeric scores for ease of use, customer support, and recommended percentage. The 'top praise' and 'top complaint' themes have been rephrased and condensed into more descriptive, broader categories, and several older review summaries have been removed, replaced with a smaller, updated set of recent reviews.
Six new recent reviews have been added, and the date format of existing reviews has changed. There are several new praise and complaint themes, and some existing themes have been rephrased. The 'customer_support_score' and 'ease_of_use_score' fields are now null.
The Playwright G2 review page has been significantly updated. New reviews were added, review content and ratings were altered, and both praise and complaint themes were largely refreshed with more granular feedback from users. The overall rating and review count are now populated.
